事情的起因是这样的：我在阿里云购入有一台 200Mbps 2核心 0.5GiB 内存的轻量应用服务器（位于北京）以及另外一台配置相同的轻量应用服务器，位于香港。
北京的轻量应用服务器当时在2024年，阿里云有“合作高校”学生购买云服务器通用4折的优惠。很荣幸上海交通大学是合作高校，遂购入价格为168人民币一年。当时续费了两年，现在也要到期了。香港的轻量应用服务器是去年买的，使用了阿里云学生优惠券-300元，购入价格为36元一年。用于Host我的一些站点。
当时购买两台服务器时，价格都相当优惠，但是两年后事情越发不对劲：

今天偶然发现香港站点开启速度非常缓慢，于是进行iperf3测速，结果如下

对于阿里云北京的服务器，现在已经没有合作高校的优惠了。考虑到平时其主要作用为作为 tailscale 的 derp 来使用（以及Host我的博客 国内站点）。无四折的情况下续费需要420一年，感觉超出心理预期很多。（可以说，我的 DMIT 服务器 36.9USD 一年的 LAX.Pro.Wee 型号在除了延迟的任何其余方面都完全秒杀了这台阿里云服务器。
可以说阿里云已经完全糖丸了，至少我体验到的就是：
- 合作高校4折没了
- 阿里云学生300元的券可用范围大幅缩水（前年：少有限制；去年：只可买海外轻量应用服务器；今年：甚至连按量付费的ECS都不能使用了，而且只可以开某些配置的轻量应用服务器）
- 200Mbps轻量云服务器可用的流量大幅缩水
另外插一嘴题外话就是，实验室需要采购一些海外服务器资源；当时询问阿里云的时候，阿里云的销售居然给出了“港新流量费用比美洲流量费用便宜”的雷霆言论。任何一个带有任何一点点知识的人都应该知道，亚太地区的流量transit费用是高于美洲地区的，而国内运营商的费用又会比以上两种更高。在海外地区按流量计费仍然采取国内一致的价格（甚至阿里云的美国地区也是如此）实在是可笑至极。在会议结束后这个销售就被我狠狠的在私下里喷了，而我后续也帮实验室采购到了价格十分合理的海外裸金属服务器。
好啊，控诉完阿里云的罪状，那我转投腾讯云去了。尤其是看到 2核心 4G内存的云服务器 199元一年，还“续费同价”，那谁能不心动呢，你说是吧
满心欢喜的买下这台服务器后发现续费价格不对啊，怎么是765元
于是去询问客服。经过客服的悉心指引，才发现：“续费同价”指“同价续费页面，多个配置共享一次资格（全网包含其他活动页面）新购1次，续费1次”。
你就说是不是续费一次同样价格吧。反正我觉得行为非常恶心，于是马上退款。
至此，我对腾讯云和阿里云的好感度已经完全被败光了。大家如果有什么好的建议，请推荐给我。我仍然在积极的寻求一个国内做 tailscale derp 的方案（最好不要是灵车即可）。
