About
Bio
ML Systems Researcher / CS Student @ SJTU
I'm an undergraduate in the ACM Honors Class at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,
majoring in Computer Science. These days I spend most of my time thinking about
systems infrastructure for machine learning — the kind of problems where systems
thinking runs into real-world constraints: communication-efficient distributed training,
scheduling, and co-designing software stacks with the hardware that's coming next. What I really
want is to design the right abstractions and build the infrastructure that makes the next
generation of ML workloads actually practical.
I'm currently a research intern at GAIR Lab (plms.ai), advised by Dr. Pengfei Liu, and will continue there.
On the building side, I like getting my hands dirty close to the metal. I've worked on compilers,
CPU designs, network transport protocols, and LLM training pipelines, and I write C++, Rust, Go,
Python, and TypeScript.
My motto: Stay hungry, Stay foolish. Learning is a lifelong journey
